ZIP Floppy
The ZIP floppy di is an enhancement of the floppy disk by the Iomega company. It holds up to 100-250 MB, but needs also other drives.


ZIP
ZIP is a compressed file format, enabling the reduction of data into a fraction of it's original size. The generated ZIP archives can be protected by a password and are frequently used for e-mail data transmission. Please read also: Packing data. ZIP also describes a data carrier format by Iomega (ZIP floppy).
