A notebook is a mobile computer. It consists of a keyboard, touchpad or similar mouse compensation, screen and the inner life of a "normal" computer: hard disk, graphic card and so on. Not all notebooks posess a CD-ROM/DVD drive, floppy disk drive or sound card. Partially, drives are being left out for lack of space and are available externally.
