i have a compaq presario running windows xp home.my question is every time i try to boot up i get this message on my screen. award bootblock bios v1.0 copyright (c) 2000 bios rom checksum error detecting floppy drive A media insert system disk and press enter how do i fix this problem in laymans termsso i can get into windows.i'am just a novice so please go into detail how i can fix this.i put a new battery in an nothing happens.i will be grateful for all the help you can give me thank you ted
