As far as I know, the email client (which one? Outlook? Outlook Exprees? Thunderbird?) stores its passwords somewhere inside its application, and is not connected to the windows explorer.
Be aware: The Windows Explorer is that, where you have your files and programs in, NOT used for displaying websites! Or do you want to delete the saved usernames and passwords from web-Emails like GMX or outlook?
