please help i have a hawking hnc290g web cam. ihave it to record and i think it is, but i can't play it. one time it tells me i need 7.0. the next the real player says i need video/x-pn-jpeg-plugin. help please!!!!

with which player are you trying to play the recorded file, and which format is it (the filename extension)?

Try to download the free VLC player:
http://www.videolan.org/vlc/

It plays most of the video formats available
