tried everything to fix problem with stop error message window root >\system32\hal.d11 keeps shutting down my computer say file q12300.sys is corrupted can you give me any advice on for exsample is it an hard wear problem and do i need a new hard drive
as fas as I found out, it is hal.dll instead of hal.d11. This might be a hardware-problem or failure, but it can also be caused by an overheating problem (make sure the pc isn't standing in bright sunlight, or better for now, in front of a heating).
