Greetings from Scotland...I wonder if you can help. I have an acer 5101AWLMi running Windows XP media centre edition which has crashed/frozen & will not reboot even on safe mode.Need rescue asap... can you help?Can i get recoverydisc or download?

The Acer-Support can send you a copy of the recovery-Disc. You don't have a Software (start / programs) to create a recovery-Disc?

Problem is I cannot get laptop started/booted to the point to allow me to do this
