You prbably first should deliver a couple of inrormations. Anyone who is willing to help you needs to know something about your hard- and software. e.g. which Browser and what hardware do you use for getting access to the internet ? what might be evident as well: who´s your provider ?
And - by the way - if it is unavoideable to set up your whole system, you should probably try to format your hdd-drive. Though it might be possible to format a pc, you might not be content with the results.
of cause, you can format your drive during a new setup,but that won´t solve your problem. Newly setting up your system, without knowing the cause of the fault would simply cost you time and afford. First we should try to find out, what the reason is. Besides, yet is not undoubtfully clear that a formatting and with that a new setup is unavoideable.
