printing problem

When I try to print the document goes to download mgr and not to the printer. I have reinstalled the printer this an intermittent problem I am working with a Dell/windows XP and an Epson cx4200
If you are using the Microsoft Office version you must go to File->Print and there you might be able to select the name (first row) of the printer Epson cx4200. I hope i could help you ~.~ but I dont know accurately if it is the answer of your questen
