Hi. Whenever I try to install certain products on my computer I get a message telling me "error 1935". I have no idea what to do. Is there any simple advice you can gove me to solve the problem (and I stress "simple" because I have almost NO experience with computers). ALso with other certain software I cannot open it because I get a message saying my side by side configuration is not correct. Again, any help you can give would be most greatly appreciated. Thanks for taking the time to read this and I really hope that someone will be able to suggest what I need to do.
