I have an error message saying that the port of my printer has to be initialized Windows\system32\drundll32.exe R6030 CR not initialized and Norton says that above driver is not installed (code 28). I updated all drivers and installed and uninstalled my printer three times. How can I initialize the printer's port? How can I find out what driver is not installed in order to install it automatically?
