Please provide us with a little more information Smiley

1) What Apple hardware do you use? Powerbook? Mac Book? Which one?
2) What exactly is not working (which programm, or the Mac OS (Finder) itself?)
3) Since when do you have this problem
4) Did you install new hardware / software before you encoutered that problem?
