Enter Question here: HP F380 photo printer, offline
To solve annoying Windows errors, you might want to try a Windows Registry Check. In most cases, optimizing the Windows registry will speed up your Windows.
I have a HP F380 photo printer, the problem is that when the printer goes offline(this just happens during a print request and it is not possibly to delete the printrequest it just stays in the file) I'am not able to get the printer online anymore. All I can do is install the printer again completly with a cd. But the next problem is I have changed systems from XP to Vista and the CD will work for Vista. I have already downloaded the new drivers, but now I have to do it again. HP cannot help me. So can someone else help me please?
Restarting the print spooler service may do it. Have F380, occasionally hangs when trying to delete documents in queue. Can't hurt. Go to Control Panel> Administrative Services> Services. Click on list and scroll down to Print Spooler. The service description in the upper right of the window will offer a restart option. Just click it.
