HL-DT-ST DVDRAM GSA-T20N ATA

I've just bought a new laptop, a Acer Aspire 3690 and my dvd drive (HL-DT-ST DVDRAM GSA-T20N ATA Device)
will not work,any suggestions?

as long as its new and out-of-the-box (with a pre-installed Windows and all the drivers already) I would return it to the shop to let them fix it - thats what you have warranty for

But, what exactly is not working? Did you try with different cds/dvds?

Hello,
Does anyone know or HL-DT-ST DVDRAM GSA-T20N ATA lightscribe supports? I bought a notebook with lightscribe sofeware and a HL-DT-ST DVDRAM GSA-T20N ATA dvdwriter, but the software does not recoqnice the writer. Anyone? Huh

Well man, I bought the same one, I also thought that has a lightscribe, but it doesnt work... think we´re both .....ed up... dammed...
