I've just bought a new laptop, a Acer Aspire 3690 and my dvd drive (HL-DT-ST DVDRAM GSA-T20N ATA Device)
will not work,any suggestions?

Hello,
Does anyone know or HL-DT-ST DVDRAM GSA-T20N ATA lightscribe supports? I bought a notebook with lightscribe sofeware and a HL-DT-ST DVDRAM GSA-T20N ATA dvdwriter, but the software does not recoqnice the writer. Anyone? Huh

If your computer can’t find your dvd or dvdram drive anymore and you get an error message like this: "HL-DT-ST DVDRAM GSA-T20N ATA Device - Cannot load the device driver for this hardware - the driver is missing" ("error code 39" or "error code 10"), please take a look at our help-guide: You need to edit some values in the windows registry to make your "HL-DT-ST DVDRAM GSA-T20N ATA" dvd drive appear again.
