Epson D92 status monitor

I wonder if anyone can help.

I replaced my printer with an Epson D92 and installed it exactly according to the instructions. The status monitor worked for the first few times and then disapeared.

I have re-installed the software, done a system restore to a date when the monitor was working and am using Epson ink but nothing !!

The really odd thing is it did work briefly.

I have looked on the web for an answer but although there seems to be many problems with the status monitor I cant find an answer.  Is there a solution ??

This can help you out when you're in real trouble, but it doesn't bring your Status Monitor back...
