driver for Digitus 802.11g Turbo Wireless LAN PC Card ?

I'm looking for the XP driver for this card, I thought that this card is Realtek 8185 chip based, but those drivers do not work.
How can I find out the exact chipset ? or can someone point me out which driver to use ?

If yes, then enter the exact name.

The Realtek 8185L driver found on the Realtek download site is not compatible !

this wlan card needs the ralink driver
