System. Win XP pro on intel Celeron 2Ghz, 512MB RAm all on old FSC board 845G. Have tried Intel Cadenza sound system- it 'cannot find driver'. I thought it WAS the driver but it isnt. Sound chip works fine with open SUSE linux 11:2 and with Ubunto karmic. So hardware is OK. I still need Windows to play DVDs. I get a nice picture but NO SOUND. Has anyone info on correct audio driver for - i think; audio chip Intel AD 1981B. the intel site does not give anything but Cadenza. Or I am looking in the wrong place.
