Make an .avi file smaller

I have an 257mb avi that needs to be less than 20mb!!! Doesnt matter if the quality gets poor. How can I do that IN AN EASY WAY? (because I dont have any software or knowledge about that) I heard it's not easy and I should ask someone to do it for me. Is that true?

if you want to make your video files smaller I can advice you tool called VidCrop Pro. It supports AVI, WMV, MOV, MPEG, MPEG1, MPEG2, 3gp, mp4..

Try to use VideoCharge.

(no free, but have trial)

You can
1. Select Output Format - Without Recompress (for very fast create file)

2. Select Mode = SPlit

3. Select Split Type - Set SPlit by Size

4. Set need size (257-20)

5. Run

You get a new video file for one minutes, with indexes and correct for players.

if use winrar - you drop all avi index -(

and you cann't play this file after...

I recommend you to use format factory or similar programs
or otherwise using Video-Programm "V" and codecs and try encode it
to a smaller size,in all cases don't except the quality will be the same
i succeeded to do it by format factory in this
