I have a Sony Vaio Pcg-9401 (Now PCG-F630)LapTop. I recently updated the OS from Windows Me to 2K. I downloaded the drivers from Sony for the 2K upd, but they won't install. The drivers are for the PCG F630, but the pc won't recognize the system as pcgf630. The bios upd won't install, and the drivers for audio and other system drivers won't either. Is there a work-around for this? I guess since I reformated the drive, the info for (factory)recovering has changed. Thanks.
