No where. This is a commercial game and needs to be bought. If you rather want to try a cheaper game (without monthly fees additional to the original price) I'd personally recommend the "Settlers" (Die Siedler) series.
First Blizzard say that Wrath of the lich king come in april-mai but that was just a lie , but now i think the game come in autumn, and you cant download the fullversion for that you must buy the game !
