I received as a present webcam phoenix Q8. it is bought in metro cash and carry - Plovdiv, Bulgaria. it cannot be installed. i tried several times in different ways to install it but always received the follwoing message: 1628 - failed to complete nstallation. I wonder what is wrong. is it the cd or the webcam itself.
what version of windows do you use, and are the hardware specifics of the camera matching your system (please some more detailed nfo about your hardware... )
