anti-virus AND anti-spy?
To solve annoying Windows errors, you might want to try a Windows Registry Check. In most cases, optimizing the Windows registry will speed up your Windows.
Of course you should have installed both. Often anti virussoftware includes some spyware but I wouldn't depend on those features. Spybot S&D and Adaware are the most famous anti-spyware programs. Adware even identifies some trojan horses.
