Weird icon that wants to connect to some server

I have some weird blockform icon in my bar down on the right, and it makes a pop up message that says 'connection to the server is lost'. The preferred choice is 'make connection' but i always choose 'do nothing'.

I have no clue what server that thing is talking about, and what program this would be. I can't find anything about it when i search my computer.

Is there anyone here that knows this problem?

Is there nowhere a name in the popup or if you right-click the icon? When right-clicking, is there a menu where you can choose something?

Do you have any antivirus, firewall, anti-spyware running?
