postscrip(.ps) glibc?

Hi:
I want to make a converter to plain text file from ps file. Can I used postscript(.ps) from glibc library, or this package do not contained this utilitary.

Where do you come from? We have also a german help board (.de)

but for which OS? Linux, Windows...?
