ive bought a cruzer mini and mistakenly deleted the securdatastor\securindex.enx file which is preventing the opening of some of my files.

can you assist.

test: create an empty file securindex.enx (notepad ) and store it to the directory.

I Got cruzer mini and mistakly deleted the securdatastor \securindex.enx file How do I get it back ??

As mentioned before, it helped for some people with the cruzer usb  memory stick, if you create a new, empty textfile and rename it to SecurIndex.enx - inside the SecurDataStor direcory. If that directory is also missing, you have to create it again.

Did you check for the right spelling, including capitals? It must be SecurIndex.enx, not securindex.enx or secureindex.enx

I made you here an empty "SecurIndex.enx" file, but don't know if it works (right click and save...)

Try also to delete all other files in the "SecurDataStor" dir (be aware that maybe your encrypted USB stick data may be lost afterwards!)
