Im having trouble with my laptop recognising my dvd drive. It says drivers may be missing or corrupt How can I rectify it please.

load this program
www.zdnet.de/downloads/prg/1/x/de011X-wc.html
with "Jetzt herunterladen"

in the program : select "Datei/Einstellungen" then select your language

then you go to "storage/optical drives"
then select your dvd drive and at the bottom you will see a firmware download

We need the type of your laptop or the dvd drive. What´s your operating system?

hey @ mr:
hatte ihm schon geschrieben wegen seinem system(i`ve already writen for his system).
aber anscheinend hat er keine lust mehr.
