can\'t find pif::alerteng.dll when puyying on new programs

computer seem's to be missing pif::alerteng.dll also an error code 0x000003E8 comes up when starting to put in new games from disk Help thank's, some system 32 files seem to be missing as well

Scan wiht an antivirus-program (eg. Bitdefender) and with adaware or spybot (Spyware-scan).
