How to create a pdf file with reduced size on iBookG4 with Word-office 2004. I do not have the option to reduce it immediately (others have an option to choose different pdf varieties, I only can choose "print" and than "save as pdf"). Thank you for help!
You could try Openoffice (search for Neooffice). It's a free Office client that can import Word files (best to safe as .odp instead of .doc, if possible) and export as PDF from Neooffice. You then have a bunch of options how to decrease file size by e.g. compressing included images.
