svchost.exe problem

the .exe above is causing problems.can't go to my outlook or stay online.thanks

The problem seems to be quite common, due to the new version of the 'windows update agent' (wua) - version 3.0.
It must not be the result of malware -even though it is likely...
install following download:

or check the native microsoft site for more information regarding this issue: there is a special hotfix (K'something') for that.

When the upater is the problem, then take a look in the event viewer. There must be messages about memory errors from svchost and the mistake comes from the windows installer.
