Who can help me with the error:C:\\WINDOWS\\system32\\mjplpjei.dll ???

Hey,

this error is popping up always when I start my computer. I really don´t know if this is the reason for the other troubles: my desktop picture is disappeared and also sometimes my dekstop symbols. When I restart the computer it could be that everything is okay but in each case, the error message is coming

What is wrong? Can anybody give me some advise?
