Longman dictionary program uses mozilla interface and AppleQuicktime. After upgrading Apple QT to version 7, the error message "the page cannot be displayed. personal security manager is needed to display this page. Please download and install psm."
It is learnt that psm cannot be downloaded separately but is available as an installation option but the mozilla installation process does not provide an option for psm.
