Windows Version: 98, ME, 2000 or XP, also if installed updates like SP 1 or 2 (Microsoft Service Pack for Winows XP)
Additional hardware: Installed new/exotic hardware lately, that might cause the problems?
A basic hardware overview in your computer: Which processor, how much RAM, what grafic/soundboard
A good subject: Instead of "Help Me!", a short description like "Windows always shuts down after printing" is helpful to find your topic again - and to show our helpers on first glance, what it is about.
