Windows Version: 98, ME, 2000 or XP, also if installed updates like SP 1 or 2 (Microsoft Service Pack for Winows XP)
Additional software: Installed a new program lately, that might cause the problems / don't work with your other programs?
A good subject: Instead of "Help Me!", a short description like "Windows always shuts down after Internet Connection" is helpful to find your topic again - and to show our helpers on first glance, what it is about.
