hi everyone, i'm in my last year in college and i have to write a dissertation of about 80 pages to get my degree. Would you suggest writing it in Microsoft Word or is there a better software? I also need to take care of footnotes and all that crap and i have never used word so intensively... thx, sbx
I once read a test comparing OpenOffice and Word. Word had the easier interface, but it has problems to handle documents with more then 30 pages they said. OpenOffice would not have this size-problems. I'll have a look later if I find the test again!
