winax pro instalation

whil trying to install winfax pro 10.0 i got the massage:
setup was unable to stop the spooler.stop it manualy.
my operation system is xp home addition. i looked for the spooler in control panel-services. and could not find it
please advise

Hi!

Maybe that is solved with a windows restart?
What happens if you try to start the winfax program after that?
