Computerhilfen.com: How many times a year should I run Ad-Aware on my pc?

I use Ad-Aware like every 3 months, and it finds some stuff then. But I am wondering if i'm using it enough, and if i'm not taking a risk by only using it every 3 months. I do use the update function then.

How many times should I use this program? And is it enough or should I use another program on the side of it?

no idea whats best, I check once a week. I guees its the more the better ;)

If you have the time, you should do it every week or at least every month. Make sure to keep your anti-virus software actual, getting updates here at least once a week! Most programs do that automatically...
