Computerhilfen.com: Sl game issue, on my desktop not loading?

Today i was lagging...and i signed off and rebooted as always..when i rebooted and signed on again, it started to load as always. Then the minimized task bar arrvied but the game screen never loaded. When I tried to click on it, it minimized from the far upper left corner of my desktop. (it looked like it was behind the wallpaper) I have uninstalled, reinstalled, moved the monirot screen, got rid of wallpaper and its still doing the same thing. It starts to load then the task bar appears and it comes from the far upper left corner of my computer screen. I canot get the screen to load to play.
I have windows XP,compaq celeron cpu 270 ghz, 504 ram,new grpah card (hightech excalibur  ati radeon 9250 64bit/128 mb). Also when i run the game after a bit my card/fan run some...then it says not responding. Help???
