Computerhilfen.com: Cannot load Socket xctl ???!!! Please Help Me!!!?>>!!

Hi, I need some help here...whenever i turn my computer (http://www.computerhilfen.com/explanation-c-Computer.html) on i get this DNS (http://www.computerhilfen.com/explanation-d-DNS.html) error that says Failed to load socket xctl form socketxctl.oxc can someone please tell me how to fix this problem....And i don t know if this is relevant to this issue but i was tryin to play command and conquer generals today and it keeps shutting down halfway through the match and it says something like "Generals has encountered a serious error and needs to shut down...this could be caused by hardware (http://www.computerhilfen.com/explanation-h-Hardware.html) issues, viruses, or over heating"...is this linked to the SocketXCtl error or is it something different...can someone please help me fix these problems...
