Computerhilfen.com: folder access

Hi!
I have a problem with folder access: (i) my backup (http://www.computerhilfen.com/explanation-b-Backup.html) is on an external drive, (ii) I locked it with folderaccess, (iii) By error, I removed my back up from the folderaccess window , while external hard disk was not connected. therefore, folder access did not unlock the directory (http://www.computerhilfen.com/explanation-d-Directory.html) (iv) I cannot add again the directory (http://www.computerhilfen.com/explanation-d-Directory.html) in the folderaccess window: i have the message ''folder already locked''.
Could somebody help me

Open the tastmanager end close the prozess "LckFldService" and you will get access inside the folder. Also you will see, how much safe your tool ist working  ;)
