Computerhilfen.com: taskbar icon

Hie,
i had visited a site virus (http://www.computerhilfen.com/explanation-v-Virus.html) ProtectPro...ever since I have an icon (http://www.computerhilfen.com/explanation-i-Icon.html) on my task bar and i cant remove it(the icon (http://www.computerhilfen.com/explanation-i-Icon.html) alternates between a X and a question mark)...right click doesnt work if i try a right click it opens the virus (http://www.computerhilfen.com/explanation-v-Virus.html) protectpro web page..Also, now the system doesnt shut down...when i click on shutdown,,,it restarts..
Please, could someone tell me what to do. ???

Will you remove this Software? (http://www.computerhilfen.com/explanation-s-Software.html) Press Startbutton / Run / msconfig / tab: Startup. Disable this Programm, uncheck ist, save, start the Notebook. (http://www.computerhilfen.com/explanation-n-Notebook.html)
