http://www.dll-files.com/dllindex/dll-files.shtml?advrcntr2 It should be copied in the "system" and "system32" folder. If that doesn't help, try also to rename the folder "Ahead" to "--Ahead". It can be found in "C:\Programme\Gemeinsame Dateien\Ahead" or "C:\Program Files\Common Files\Ahead". (If it doesn't help, you can rename the folder back to the original name).
