Title: DelFolders.exe

When I boot up my pc I get this error message "C:\WINDOWS\System32\Tools\DelFolders.exe could not be found..." How can I fix or remove this message ?

I recently did a Registry (http://www.computerhilfen.com/explanation-r-Registry.html) repair scan with Uniblue RegistryBooster 2 to remove an earlier Reboot error message  "Failed to set data for `ExecuteŽ"

The reboot error message was removed but then the DelFolders error showed up. Help  ???
