Computerhilfen.com: Enter Question here:Norton tells me PIF::AlertEng.dll file is missing

Every time I start my computer, (http://www.computerhilfen.com/explanation-c-Computer.html) Symantec Norton tells me the file PIF::AlertEng.dll is  missing. What should I do?
