Computerhilfen.com: Problems with my dvdrom - HL-DT-ST DVDRAM GSA-T20N ATA device

I've got problem with my dvdrom. It doesn't work.This go bad, after a windows (http://www.computerhilfen.com/explanation-w-Windows.html) update. (http://www.computerhilfen.com/explanation-u-Update.html) The system doesn't see the device. I don't know what to do. I read a topic, it said that, we can do it. But i don't understand how. please help.

did you try to add new hardware (http://www.computerhilfen.com/explanation-h-Hardware.html) in windows, (http://www.computerhilfen.com/explanation-w-Windows.html) and see if it finds the dvd (http://www.computerhilfen.com/explanation-d-DVD.html) rom? (http://www.computerhilfen.com/explanation-r-ROM.html) Or to reinstall the drivers that you got with your device?

Yes i try to add new hardware, (http://www.computerhilfen.com/explanation-h-Hardware.html) and reinstall too. Windows (http://www.computerhilfen.com/explanation-w-Windows.html) see the hardware,and said the driver (http://www.computerhilfen.com/explanation-d-Driver.html) is the newest, but can't use. "Code 39."

Have you deinstalled burning software? (http://www.computerhilfen.com/explanation-s-Software.html) If yes, then search for uperfilters and lower filters and code39.
