Computerhilfen.com: Enter Question here: Window pops up:'insert the sonic update manager disc.???

I have used a software (http://www.computerhilfen.com/explanation-s-Software.html) 'System Mechanic' to remove all my clutter on my laptop (http://www.computerhilfen.com/explanation-l-Laptop.html) and now every time I switch (http://www.computerhilfen.com/explanation-s-Switch.html) my laptop (http://www.computerhilfen.com/explanation-l-Laptop.html) on the following window pops up: "The feature you are trying to use is on a CD-ROM or other removable disk that is not available." 'Insert the Sonic Update (http://www.computerhilfen.com/explanation-u-Update.html) Manager disk and click ok'. I have no disk as I never received one when I purchased my laptop. (http://www.computerhilfen.com/explanation-l-Laptop.html) I tried a System Restoration, which was unsuccessful. What do I need to do? Thanks so much for your help.
