Computerhilfen.com: Error: szAppName: svchost.exe

I had to reformat my laptop (http://www.computerhilfen.com/explanation-l-Laptop.html) and have been getting a Generic Host (http://www.computerhilfen.com/explanation-h-Host.html) Process for Win32 Services error and cannot connect to internet (http://www.computerhilfen.com/explanation-i-Internet.html) now.  My laptop (http://www.computerhilfen.com/explanation-l-Laptop.html) is receiving good signals but cannot connect due to this error.

svc hosts are main processes of the operating system which controll and direct (host) (http://www.computerhilfen.com/explanation-h-Host.html) services(svcs) - some system, some internet.
Each group of services has it´s own, has to have it´s own.
Since I presuppose you didn´t stop any processes, I have to say, you need to reinstall your operating system to fix your problem. Sorry.
