If no,please bachup them. After that try to use an BartPE cd to check the harddisk (http://www.computerhilfen.de/fachbegriffe-h-Harddisk.html) for errors. Use in the shell: chkdsk /r/f
Report here if this not work.Than other options are posible. Title: Re: Windows XP: I can't open my Hard drive not accessible, corrupted file enreadable Post by: Sam Suri on 18.09.09, 06:30:40 This message usually indicates that the files system of the drive has failed or corrupted. In this kind of situation you will need to try any recovery software (http://www.computerhilfen.com/explanation-s-Software.html) to get your files back, if you do not have backup (http://www.computerhilfen.com/explanation-b-Backup.html) for it. Later when you finish the recovery, you can use window tool to format it. However, please do not check "quick Format" and you can also use shell you check to check for errors and repair it. Also, check the details of the drive in Disk Management.
