Computerhilfen.com: some trojan disturbed system, now security centre fails to start, how to solve ?

some trojan (http://www.computerhilfen.com/explanation-t-Trojan.html) virus (http://www.computerhilfen.com/explanation-v-Virus.html) downloaded through torrent disturbed system, though the virus (http://www.computerhilfen.com/explanation-v-Virus.html) is removed because of the damage caused to system security centre is not starting, even it is not giving error no or which file is missing,I feel some registry (http://www.computerhilfen.com/explanation-r-Registry.html) problem. How to resolve this?
