Computerhilfen.com: TR/Spy.Agen.1669632 troja + remove

Hi,

I would like to ask for some help regarding a trojan (http://www.computerhilfen.com/explanation-t-Trojan.html) infecting my computer? (http://www.computerhilfen.com/explanation-c-Computer.html) My anti-virus system is detecting this TR/Spy.Agen.1669632  and is located at C:\Program Files\ReleveantKnowledge\rlvknlg.exe..

My anti-virus (AVIRA) can remove it.. I tried to delete it manually but is being denied..

I did a virus (http://www.computerhilfen.com/explanation-v-Virus.html) scan last night and I got the same thing, can't delete it through add/remove programs, through relaventknowledge's uninstall thing, nothing. And I'm betting that's why my computer (http://www.computerhilfen.com/explanation-c-Computer.html) has been acting super wierd lately.

i got the same problem since yesterday... avira recognized the virus (http://www.computerhilfen.com/explanation-v-Virus.html) but can't delete it...
does anybody know how to remove this program???

I just had the same problem.

My solution:

1. Download (http://www.computerhilfen.com/explanation-d-Download.html) Hijackthis program (I got it from: http://www.chip.de/downloads/HijackThis_13011934.html)

2. Install it, then click on the "Do a system scan and save logfile" button.

3.  http://www.hijackthis.de/en This a logfile analyzer. Copy (http://www.computerhilfen.com/explanation-c-Copy.html) your hijack this report in the empty field and click on "Analyze".

4. Then look for red "X". This data is considered bad.

5. Then go back to your hijackthis program and click on "Do system scan only".

6. Now find the data the analyzer considered BAD/Dangerous.

7. Mark them all. (But of course only the ones who are dangerous or what the program said they are. I of course used the German version...:P)

8. Finally click on "fix ckecked".

Now in my case the program asked me t restart the computer. (http://www.computerhilfen.com/explanation-c-Computer.html) I did that and now my avira program doesn't find this virus/trojan anymore. So I guess it's deleted.

kannat du mir bitte die beschreibung zu dem Problem auch nochmal in deutsch schreiben habe nähmlich auch diesen trojaner gekriegt und bin des englischen nicht so mächtig danke

I have a very simple way to get rid of it , you go in your board add/suppress programs and you uninstal the program Relevantknowledge which is a malware (identified simply in you icon (http://www.computerhilfen.com/explanation-i-Icon.html) bar below by a picture of a squarred globe), you restart your computer (http://www.computerhilfen.com/explanation-c-Computer.html) and it is finished , I think I got it while loading IDPHOTOstudio program.Good Luck from South France !!

Sie müssen das program Relevantknowledge entfernen / verringern und das computer (http://www.computerhilfen.com/explanation-c-Computer.html) wieder einschalten; 

Also hier trotzdem nochmal mein Weg auf deutsch. Falls der Lösungsweg über nicht klappt...;)

1. Hijackthis programm runterladen (Ich habs es von: http://www.chip.de/downloads/HijackThis_13011934.html)

2. Das Programm installieren, dann auf das Fel  "Do a system scan and save logfile" klicken. (sorry, das steht auch so bei Hickjack this)

3.  http://www.hijackthis.de/de Das ist eben diese Logfile analyse. Jetzt das in das freie feld kopieren, was der Hijackthis Scan herausbekommen hat. Dann auf auswerten klicken.

4. Dann nach den roten X gucken. Die sind böööse... meistens. Da steht dahinter immer noch ne Erklärung.

5. Dann evtl nochmal in das Hijackthis Programm und auf "Do system scan only"klicken.

6. Jetzt eben mit dem abgleichen, was von der Analyse als böse Datei gekennzeichnet wurde und kurz ein häkchen im Hijack Programm machen.


7. Zum Schluss auf "fix ckecked"klicken.

Dann hat mein Pc das gelöscht oder was auch immer und dann kam die Meldung er will neu starten. Das hab ich gemacht und dann kam keine Fehlermeldung mehr.

Also geh ich mal von aus, dass der Trojaner entfernt wurde.

An trojan (http://www.computerhilfen.com/explanation-t-Trojan.html) can make backdoors ane are able to hide himself very good.
The best way is to make backups of all date on the disk drive and reinstall the OS.

No, the file rlvknlg.exe is part of many programs! That´s not a backdoor trojan. (http://www.computerhilfen.com/explanation-t-Trojan.html) It´s Spyware, (http://www.computerhilfen.com/explanation-s-Spyware.html) but the risk level ist very very low. You can remove it with "Malwarebytes Anti Malware"!!
