Computerhilfen.com: driver unidentified ROOT\NTAMP\0000

I have an error message saying that the port of my printer has to be initialized Windows\system32\drundll32.exe R6030 CR not initialized and Norton says that above driver (http://www.computerhilfen.com/explanation-d-Driver.html) is not installed (code 28).
I updated all drivers and installed and uninstalled my printer three  times.  How can I initialize the printer's port?  How can I find out what driver (http://www.computerhilfen.com/explanation-d-Driver.html) is not installed in order to install it automatically?
